  Great service! My agent is very professional and provided all the information and help needed throughout the whole process from applying for universities, VISA application to accommodations. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the help and support you provided me with during my university application process. Your guidance and expertise were invaluable, and I am grateful for your commitment to helping me achieve my academic goals.

I would like to apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I understand that you provided me with excellent advice and promptly responded to my emails and calls. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to reply sooner. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.
